The main goal: prevent shipping damage
Use a sturdy outer box and enough cushioning to keep the product boxes from moving, bending, or being crushed. Do not place tape or the UPS label directly on the retail product packaging.
Simple UPS shipping checklist
- Use a sturdy outer shipping box.
- Add cushioning so the supplies cannot move around.
- Protect the retail boxes from crushing, water, tape, and labels.
- Seal the outer box securely.
- Attach the prepaid UPS label to the outer box.
- Drop it off at a staffed UPS location and keep the tracking receipt.
After UPS delivers the package
We inspect mail-in packages the same day they arrive and send payment that same day after inspection. Shipping damage may reduce the final amount if the supplies no longer match the approved condition.
