General Condition Requirements
Packaging and seals
Supplies should be unopened, sealed, and in resalable condition. Minor cosmetic wear may be acceptable, but broken seals, crushing, water damage, heavy writing, or missing labels can affect acceptance or value.
Expiration dates
Acceptance and pricing depend partly on the remaining time before expiration. Shorter expiration windows may receive a lower offer or may not qualify.
Readable identifiers
Product labels, expiration dates, REF/NDC numbers, and other identifying information must remain readable.
Inspection
Final acceptance and payment are confirmed after the product, quantity, expiration, packaging, labels, seals, and condition are inspected.
