We review unopened diabetic supplies from major brands and additional product categories. Exact acceptance depends on the specific product, expiration date, packaging, labeling, condition, and current demand.

Other sealed diabetic supplies may be submitted for review. Include the product name, quantity, and expiration date in the quote request.

You may include several product types in one quote or approved shipment. List each product and quantity separately.
General Condition Requirements
Packaging and seals
Supplies should be unopened, sealed, and in resalable condition. Dented or scuffed outer boxes that are still factory sealed are accepted at a reduced offer; broken seals, crushing, water damage, writing on the box, or missing labels mean we can't buy the box. Boxes labeled for Medicare or Medicaid cannot be purchased.
Expiration dates
Acceptance and pricing depend partly on the remaining time before expiration. Standard offers require at least 3 months remaining before the printed expiration date; shorter windows are quoted case by case at a reduced rate or may not qualify.
Readable identifiers
Product labels, expiration dates, REF/NDC numbers, and other identifying information must remain readable.
Inspection
Final acceptance and payment are confirmed after the product, quantity, expiration, packaging, labels, seals, and condition are inspected.
