The six things that set your offer

Every offer comes from the same six checks. None of them are mysterious — here's each one in plain English.

1. Exact product and model

Newer generations and high-demand models earn stronger offers, and the exact package size matters — a 3-pack and a single of the same sensor are priced differently. Tell us precisely what's printed on the box.

2. Time left before expiration

The single biggest lever. A box with a year left can be worth several times the same box with only four months, because we have to resell it before it expires — and boxes under 3 months are quoted case by case at a reduced rate. If you're switching products, sooner beats later. Details in our expiration guide.

3. Quantity

More sealed boxes usually means a better total, and lots of 20+ boxes qualify for bulk pricing and priority pickup — estates, caregivers, and pharmacies welcome.

4. Packaging and seals

Factory-sealed, undamaged, unopened. Dents and worn corners can reduce an offer; broken seals usually end it. Don't write on the boxes.

5. Labels and identifiers

We check the REF/NDC codes printed on the box. Retail-labeled products qualify; boxes labeled for Medicare or Medicaid have resale restrictions and we can't buy them, no exceptions.

Price Lock

Once you have a number from us, it's locked: if your boxes match your description at inspection, that's exactly what we pay. If something differs, you see the revised figure before any money moves and can decline.

6. Current demand

Resale demand moves, so our rates are refreshed regularly. A quote reflects the market on the day you receive it.

What inspection checks — and when

Inspection is a quick confirmation that what we received matches what you described — the same six items above, verified on the physical boxes.

Local appointments and pickups

We inspect on the spot before payment. A normal lot takes about five minutes, and you're paid as soon as it checks out — cash, Zelle, or Venmo.

Mail-in packages

Approved packages are inspected the same day they arrive, and payment is sent the same day after inspection. Keep your tracking number until you're paid.

If your quote changes

The number we quote is the number we pay — as long as what arrives matches what you told us. If a model, date, seal, or quantity differs at inspection, we contact you with a revised figure before any money moves. You can accept it, or decline — and for mail-in packages we'll ship your items back at no cost.

The best way to avoid a revision is simple: photograph the front of each box and the expiration date when you submit, and describe exactly what you have.
