1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Cash For Diabetic Supplies NC and any transaction in which you sell diabetic supplies to us. By submitting a quote or shipping supplies, you agree to these Terms in full.
2. Eligibility
By submitting a quote, you confirm that:
- You are the lawful owner of the supplies you are selling
- The supplies were obtained legally — purchased out-of-pocket or received through insurance
- You are 18 years of age or older
- The supplies are not stolen, fraudulently obtained, or subject to any legal dispute
3. Condition Requirements
We only purchase supplies that meet all of the following:
- Factory sealed and unopened in original packaging
- At least 3 months remaining before the printed expiration date
- Undamaged packaging — free of water damage, tears, writing, or missing labels
- US-labeled products only
Important: If your supplies do not meet these requirements upon inspection, they will be considered non-qualifying. We are not obligated to pay for non-qualifying supplies. Non-qualifying or non-sellable items will be discarded at our discretion and are not returned.
4. Label Removal Policy
Supplies must arrive in their original factory-sealed packaging with all original labels intact.
Label Removal: If supplies arrive with additional stickers, price tags, or markings applied by the seller on the original product packaging, we reserve the right to remove those labels. The presence of applied labels does not automatically disqualify a submission but may affect our assessment of the packaging condition.
5. Offers, Pricing & Payment
All cash offers are based on the information and photos provided at the time of submission. Your offer is price-locked for the period stated in your confirmation.
- Offers are only valid for supplies that match the submitted description upon inspection
- If supplies received differ from what was submitted, we reserve the right to adjust or cancel the offer
- Payment is made the same day after inspection via your chosen method (Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or Cash)
Damaged Goods: We are not obligated to pay the full quoted amount — or any amount — for supplies that arrive damaged, opened, expired, or otherwise not matching the submitted description. Payment for damaged goods is at our sole discretion.
6. Shipping
For mail-in transactions, we provide a free prepaid shipping label upon acceptance of your offer. You are responsible for packing supplies securely. We recommend retaining your drop-off receipt as proof of mailing.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging. Once a package is dropped off and scanned by the carrier, the shipment is subject to tracking and claims procedures.
7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
If you check the optional, unchecked SMS consent box when submitting a quote request, you agree to receive transactional SMS/text messages from Cash For Diabetic Supplies NC regarding your quote, shipping label, package status, and payment. Providing your phone number alone does not enroll you in text messaging; if you do not check the box, we will contact you by phone call instead. Message frequency varies by transaction. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or sale. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information collected for SMS purposes.
8. Non-Qualifying Items
No Returns Policy: We do not return non-qualifying or non-sellable items under any circumstances. By shipping supplies to us, you acknowledge that items deemed non-qualifying will be discarded at our discretion. If you are unsure whether your supplies qualify, contact us before shipping.
9. Limitation of Liability
Cash For Diabetic Supplies NC's liability to any seller is limited to the cash offer amount stated in the accepted quote. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a transaction.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
