When your referral texts or calls us, they just need to mention your name. We keep a record and pay you directly once the transaction is complete — via Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or cash. If you want to make it extra clear, you can also text us at (704) 412-2032 to give us a heads-up before your referral reaches out.
No limit on the number of people you refer — you earn $40 for each new person you send our way who completes a sale. Keep in mind that the $40 is a one-time payment per referred person, not per transaction. If you refer ten different people, you earn $400. The program has no expiration date.
We pay you the same day the transaction completes. Once your referral has sold their supplies and we've confirmed the sale, we'll reach out to you directly to arrange your $40 payment. It typically happens the same afternoon as the pickup.
We serve Charlotte and the surrounding metro — Concord, Huntersville, Gastonia, Matthews, Mooresville, Monroe, Rock Hill SC, Fort Mill SC, and more. For sellers outside our local area, we offer a free mail-in option nationwide. The referral bonus still applies either way — local pickup or mail-in, as long as the sale is completed.
All supplies must be factory sealed, unexpired (at least 3 months remaining), undamaged, and not labeled for Medicare or Medicaid. This covers Dexcom G6 and G7 sensors, OmniPod pods, FreeStyle Libre sensors, test strips from most major brands, Tandem and Medtronic supplies, and more. If your referral is unsure, have them text us a description and we'll confirm within minutes.
Just once per person you refer. You earn $40 the first time someone you referred completes a sale with us. If they come back and sell again, the $40 is not paid again — it's a one-time referral bonus per person. That said, you can refer as many different people as you like, each earning you a separate $40.
