What Affects Your Estimate
There is no single price for every box. Estimates are based on the exact supplies submitted and are confirmed after inspection.
Exact product and model
Different generations, package sizes, and identifiers can have different values even when the brand name is the same.
Quantity
The estimate is based on the quantity reported. Final payment is based on the quantity actually received and inspected.
Expiration date
Products with more remaining shelf life may have stronger demand. Shorter expiration windows may reduce the estimate or affect eligibility.
Packaging and seals
Sealed, clean, resalable packaging generally qualifies more strongly than packaging with crushing, water damage, writing, broken seals, or missing labels.
Labels and identifiers
Readable expiration dates, REF/NDC numbers, model information, and product labels help confirm the exact product.
Current demand
Market demand can change over time, which is why quotes and prepaid UPS labels are valid only for the period stated in the approval message.
Estimate Versus Final Payment
Your initial estimate is based on the information provided. During inspection, we verify the product, quantity, expiration date, packaging, labeling, seals, and condition. If the supplies match the approved submission, payment follows the confirmed amount. If something differs, we contact you with a revised amount before payment.
