What We Verify
The same core standards apply to local appointments and nationwide mail-in packages.
Product and model
We confirm that the brand, model, generation, package size, and visible identifiers match the approved submission.
Quantity
We count the items received. Missing, extra, or different products may change the final amount.
Expiration date
We verify the printed expiration date and the remaining shelf life used to calculate the estimate.
Packaging and seals
We check whether the original product packaging is sealed and whether the box has crushing, water damage, writing, or other condition issues.
Labels and identifiers
Expiration dates, product labels, REF/NDC numbers, and other identifiers must be readable and unaltered.
Shipping condition
For mail-ins, we also check for damage that occurred in transit. Shipping damage may reduce the final payment.
When Inspection Happens
Local appointments
Items are inspected at the appointment before payment. Payment is provided after the final amount is accepted.
Mail-in packages
Packages are inspected the same day they arrive, and payment is sent that same day after inspection is completed.
If the supplies differ from the approved submission, we contact you with the revised amount before payment.
